  • Yield: 8,000 kg/ha
  • Vinification: The harvest is cooled in the winepress (March is a month of high temperatures in the area), carefully destemmed, and sent to stainless steel fermentation tanks with indigenous and imported yeasts, pumped daily to maintain freshness and acidity. Fermentation at controlled temperatures ranging from 18 to 24 °C. Sent to stainless steel tanks with imported staves from France and the United States, in a harmonious blend. They are removed after the winemaker’s tasting. Ready for bottling from September onwards, with a minimum of 3 months of bottle aging.
