Our farms are located in Tupungato (Uco Valley), Maipú and Luján de Cuyo. In the latter is the majority of the vineyard plantation, with a total of 130 ha of trellis.
Climate: Arid region with a warm climate, well-defined winters and high solar irradiation. With marked thermal amplitude, warm days and cold nights. With an average, during the period of ripening of the grapes, above 68 º F. Low annual rainfall, with an average of less than 300 mm.
Altitude: 873 meters above sea level.
Soil: Sandy loam.
Water resource: Only groundwater is available. It has three perforations located in the upper part of the farm, with a depth close to 170 m and an average flow of 170,000 liters per hour.
Red varieties: Malbec | Merlot | Cabernet Franc | Cabernet Sauvignon | Ancellotta
White varieties: Sauvignon Blanc | Viognier | Chardonnay

Plantations of more than 30 years old: 2400 plants /Ha.
Plantations between 10 and 30 years old: 3200 plants /Ha.
Plantations under 5 years old: 4000 plants/ha.
Irrigation system: DRIP
It is designed with irrigation lines every 2.5 m and drippers spaced every 0.7 m of a nominal flow of 2 liters/hour. The system as a whole is designed to replace a daily sheet of 6 mm.
Structure system: Trellis with and without anti hail net.
Yield: 50 – 100 qq/ha.
Surface area: 130 ha.
Harvest: Manual and mechanical.
