Traditional fermentation then takes place in newly used French oak barrels, where it remains for approximately three years. The wine is then bottled and awaits a tasting until the wine is ready for sale.
- Aging then begins to achieve a pleasant wine, which in this case is carried out largely in French oak barrels and a smaller percentage in stainless steel tanks.
