Nose: Attractive seduction of ripe plums and graphite, typical of high-altitude areas. Combined with chocolate, contributed by its aging in first-use French oak barrels.
Palate: Complex yet gentle entry, reminiscent of the sweet tannins of Malbec and the gentleness achieved by its barrel aging.

Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration takes place for 4 to 5 days. Traditional fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks, with the addition of selected yeasts and strict temperature control. This fermentation lasts 15 to 20 days, and once complete, optimal conditions are provided for spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Aging: The wine is largely aged in French oak barrels and a smaller percentage in stainless steel tanks.
