Our estates are located at the foot of the Uco Valley. The latter contains the majority of the vineyards, with a total of 100 hectares of trellises.
Climate: An arid region with a warm climate, well-defined winters, and high solar radiation. A marked temperature range, with warm days and cold nights, averages above 20°C during the grape ripening period. Annual rainfall is low, averaging less than 300 mm.
Altitude: 873 meters above sea level.
Soil: Sandy loam.
Water: Only groundwater is available. There are three wells located in the upper part of the estate, with a depth of approximately 170 m and an average flow of 170,000 liters per hour.

Plantations over 30 years old: 2,400 plants/ha.

Irrigation system: DRIP
It is designed with irrigation lines every 2.5 m and drippers spaced every 0.7 m with a nominal flow rate of 2 liters/hour. The entire system is designed to replenish a 6 mm layer of soil daily.
Structural system: Trellises with and without hail protection fabric.
Yield: 50–100 t/ha.
Area: 100 ha.
Harvest: Manual and mechanical.
